​On 28 February 2024, my power went out early in the morning. LG&E informed me that my electrical box had caught fire and advised contacting an electrician. I called Allen Electric around 6:30 am, and the receptionist was very professional... By 8:17 am, Matt and Avery arrived, assessed the situation, and replaced the entire box... We woke up yesterday morning to our ceiling fan not working... Then our garage door wouldn’t work... I couldn’t tell if a breaker had tripped so I called Allen Electric.
